UpStream Care partners with Cone Health, set to continue rapid expansion across NC

UpStream Healthcare, a Greensboro-based startup, enables physicians to provide better value-based care by embedding nurses and pharmacists in the doctors' offices. With a Cone Health partnership, UpStream now oversees the care of over 100,000 patients — a tremendous increase from the 11,000 patients it oversaw at the end of last year.
