Lawsuit involving Biba's trade secrets resolved

In a lawsuit filed last June in Sacramento County Superior Court, plaintiff Biba Restaurant Inc. alleged that operators of Mattone Ristorante "created a false designation of association between their new venture and Biba Restaurant."
