EL CAJON, CA - On Monday, January 31, 2022, Harold went home to the Lord he loved so much. He leaves behind his wife of nearly 30 years, three sons and a daughter. He founded and served as CEO of East County Transitional Living Center from the beginning in 2009 until the day he passed. Through his leadership thousands of lives have been changed and hundreds of people have been baptized. He also served as Senior Pastor of Christian Fellowship of El Cajon. Harold was involved in many local organizations. He was active as a Rotarian, a Lion, amember of the Chamber of Commerce, where he was part of the Leadership East County Class of 2020, a member of the East County Posse and several other projects that were close to his heart.
He was chosen Citizen of the Year in 2020-2021 and has received honors from hundreds of local politicians and businesses. Above all he was a teacher of God’s word and he showed the love of God to everyone he met. Through his guidancehe developed a staff of like-minded individuals who share his vision and compassion. His ministry will go on and thousands more will find help in transforming their lives through the many programs that Harold developed over the years.
The family will be holding funeral services at Foothills Church, 365 West Bradley, El Cajon, 92020 at 11:a.m. on February 12, 2022.
