Recreational marijuana sales flying high a year after Arizona legalization

Arizona’s first year of legal adult-use cannabis revenue in 2021 eclipsed the comparable first-year recreational sales in Nevada, Oregon and Colorado, according to the Arizona Department of Revenue. What's more, the Valley was also the site of the largest cannabis industry acquisition deal to date.
