Joni Ernst pushes for 'global war on terrorism' memorial on National Mall in defense bill

The latest version of the Senate's annual defense bill released Tuesday includes legislation from Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, to build a "global war on terrorism" memorial on the National Mall.
