Power Player 2021: Pat Simmons, North Carolina Zoo

Simmons has led the charge to raise $50 million in public and private funds to begin a $500 million expansion and renovation program with a goal of eventually growing annual attendance to 1.5 million while protecting staff, guests and animals during the Covid-19 pandemic.
