Court rejects Compassion Seattle's emergency appeal to make November ballot

In a statement, Compassion Seattle said it was "deeply disappointed" in the rejection and that the denial "means that Seattle voters must change who is in charge if they want a change to the city’s failed approach to addressing the homelessness crisis."
