Kansas City’s InBliss Yoga Recaps 2023 Upon Receiving The 2024 ThreeBestRatedⓇ Award Of Excellence

(PRUnderground) May 30th, 2024

InBliss Yoga, a beloved family-owned business established by a dynamic mother-daughter duo, Martí Lee and her daughter Starr Lee Evans commemorates a landmark year in 2023 as it embarks on its 11th anniversary in the heart of Northmoor and received the ThreeBestRatedⓇ Award Of Excellence for its extraordinary service to the region. Founded on the principle that yoga is for Every Body. Martí Lee has been teaching in the Northland for two decades now, originally starting her yoga journey through weekend workshops and collaborations with local gyms and hospitals.

InBliss Yoga & 2023!

InBliss Yoga kicked off 2023 with their annual New Year’s Day Class that celebrates the anniversary of their opening day; January 1, 2012 at 1pm. 1/1 at 1pm is something students can count on every year, unless there is a snow storm. In this class, Martí and Starr took the students on a journey through the year ahead: calling out the different holidays that are celebrated each month; saying positive affirmations and getting everyone in a state of bliss for the New Year. Going through all the months of the year in an hour class was a good reminder of how fast time goes by and the importance of enjoying the present moment.

In 2023, InBliss Yoga’s vision of establishing a dedicated studio space and nurturing the next generation of yoga instructors came to fruition with the initiation of its first advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training program. Building upon the success of previous 200-hour training sessions, this comprehensive program delved deep into the history, philosophy, and practice of yoga over an eight-month period, empowering participants with a profound understanding and appreciation for this ancient discipline.

Since 2020, InBliss Yoga has proudly hosted its annual summer yoga sessions at the scenic E.H. Young park in collaboration with the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. These rejuvenating outdoor classes provided participants with an opportunity to connect with nature, breathe in the fresh air, and bask in the serenity of the park surroundings while supporting a noble cause—the upkeep of the park itself.

Continuing its tradition of fostering community wellness, InBliss Yoga presents their annual Thanksgiving Day class. Martí and Starr have been teaching this class together since 2005, when Starr was still in high school. This class is always packed with dedicated students wanting to get into the attitude of gratitude for their family celebrations.

Furthermore, InBliss Yoga reaffirmed its commitment to supporting local small businesses by organizing its yearly Black Friday festival, a free event and a vibrant celebration of community. Vendors have the opportunity to showcase their one of a kind items with no booth fee, fostering a spirit of collaboration and collective prosperity within the Northland. Additionally, yoga classes were provided concurrently, offering attendees a moment of relaxation and rejuvenation amidst the bustling marketplace of local artisans and entrepreneurs.

InBliss Yoga – The Dream Of Martí and Starr!

Martí and Starr enjoy the daily life of running the studio. Connecting with regular students and being a part of their inward journey. They make an effort to learn everyone’s name because everyone is important! They provide a wide variety of classes from slower pace classes like rest and restore and chair yoga to fast paced heated vinyasa flow and Ashtanga mix. Martí and Starr couldn’t do it alone though. They have an incredible team of dedicated teachers at InBliss Yoga that take time to practice alongside the fellow students when they are not teaching themselves. If one can’t make it into the studio, no problem! InBliss Yoga has an online library with hundreds of yoga videos accessible 24/7 with all the variety. Any student can access and keep the studio available at their fingertips. Try the first 30 days free at InBliss Deluxe

“As InBliss Yoga looks ahead to the future, it remains Hip, Happening and Booming with Happiness!
