Bristol, TN, 6/15/2024 — Envision Eye Care has announced that their practice in Bristol is moving to a new location come the summertime. The new address, at 2549 W. State Street, is a little over a half a mile from their current practice at 321 Midway Medical Park. With the opening of the new office, Envision Eye Care reiterates their commitment to helping patients receive exceptional eye care by continually striving to improve their practice. The atmosphere at their current office was rife with anticipation, with the staff making all necessary preparations for the upcoming move.
“We are all very excited about being able to operate out of a new facility,” said Dr. Susan Keene, O.D., a practicing optometrist at Envision Eye Care and the former president of the Virginia Optometric Association. “The team feels like it was the right time and that our patients in Bristol will find that we are fully dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure that everything transitions smoothly.”
“It is very thrilling to be able to see the construction happening in front of our very eyes,” continued Dr. Keene. “We all have worked very hard to get to this point and to provide the kind of service that has made Envision a trusted name for patients, so there are high expectations. But we are all looking forward to a fresh start!”
Construction of the new office is currently thought to be completed in either June or July. The current location will remain open and fully operational until the move, ensuring that patient care remains consistent and uninterrupted. The team, including all doctors and staff, will make the transition to the new office, maintaining consistency in service.
“This is a very big opportunity for us,” said Amy Blue, O.D., an optometrist at Envision Eye Care. “I am so glad that we have been able to help so many patients that opening a new practice with larger, improved facilities is a viable option for us. The Bristol practice is one of five Envision Eye Care offices, with the move and new office marking a significant expansion featuring more modern amenities and an adequate home for Envision Eye Care’s variety of equipment and eyewear.
Envision Eye Care is open and taking appointments for new and existing patients. While their new Bristol location has not opened yet, the present practice is still operating until the former opens this summer. The team is actively informing patients about the upcoming change to facilitate a smooth transition.
