VYRE Network Begins Free Exclusive Live Streaming of Women's National Football Conference on Saturday, April 2, 2022

By: Newsfile

Las Vegas, Nevada--(Newsfile Corp. - March 30, 2022) - VYRE Network (OTC Pink: CAPV) (a wholly-owned Cabo Verde Capital company, "VYRE" or the "Company") is announces that it will begin streaming the 2022 Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) regular season on Saturday, April 2, 2022. Live games can be seen for free worldwide every Saturday during the season via the VYRE app or viewed any time on demand. Fans can download the App through Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Android, iPhone, Smart TVs, Samsung Smart TV, or watch on the VYRE Sports website, www.vyresports.com/wnfc

In 2021 VYRE Network entered into a 5-year media rights agreement with the WNFC granting VYRE the rights to live broadcast all of the WNFC's regular-season home games, as well as its playoffs and the IX Cup championship game beginning 2022 through the end of the 2026 season. This will be the first time that a network has exclusively carried a full season of women's professional tackle football games. The agreement provides benefit to both VYRE and the WNFC through shared revenues from commercial advertisements, as well as exclusive sponsorship opportunities, and enhanced brand recognition.

In addition, VYRE expects to substantially increase new viewership as a result of livestreaming all of the WNFC's games instead of the previous two-day lag for video-on-demand. As viewership increases, VYRE also expects programmatic advertising to increase, which the Company believes will translate to increased revenue.

The WNFC partnership was a key growth driver for both entities, as this worldwide distribution partnership generated over 398,000 streams, which was considered a success for the first year. For 2022, in addition to the live game broadcasts, VYRE will be showcasing various supporting shows, documentaries, and exclusive content, all of which promote both WNFC football and the Women's movement in sports.

"We are super excited about the next frontier of exposure for women's football. VYRE Network is leading the way, to make sure that fans in 100+ countries, U.S. and Canada get a proper introduction to professional women's tackle football. This launch is literally going to change the game," commented Odessa Jenkins CEO of WNFC.

The WNFC has revolutionized sports by bringing women's tackle football to the world stage for the first time. Their business not only fills a critical gap in popular sports, but the league is also inspiring women and girls to "dream big and hit hard".

"We are making history in so many ways by live streaming the full 2022 season of Women's National Football. These women are true competitors, and now the world gets to see them front and center every Saturday. We built VYRE Network to change the narrative of streaming services - and streaming content - and you can't get more of a direct 'We Are Here' than this," added David Hill, CEO of VYRE Network.

The WNFC has already gained momentum in women's professional sports, with over 1,300 athletes and coaches across 17 teams, sponsorships by Adidas and Riddell. The Company believes that adding VYRE Network's global platform will extend the reach of the league and amplify the growing movement.
