This innovative system leverages UHF RFID technology to streamline the handling of flat linens like sheets and towels, and other textiles like uniforms and aprons, offering enhanced inventory control, increased operational efficiency, and improved hygiene. Launched in May, it has received strong market uptake, and positive feedback.
In August, Polytex unveiled a series of powerful enhancements to its uniform management software and management systems. They included the RFID Wide Scan feature for accelerated item returns and a hybrid RFID return option, enabling seamless transition to more precise inventory control. These and other advancements reinforce Polytex's leadership in laundry inventory management and workwear software.
Showcasing expertise and engaging with the industry
During the year, Polytex demonstrated its commitment to strong industry relationships and advanced textile management at key events. In July, the company played a central role at the NHS Facilities Management Conference in London, where it highlighted how its solutions enhance hospital hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability. At Texcare 2024 in Frankfurt, in November, Polytex showcased its textile management solution and recent advancements in its uniform management system.

Strengthening leadership and reach to drive growth
In September, Polytex announced the appointment of Danny Levitzky as CEO, with Yariv Matzliach transitioning to Chairman of the Board. This strategic leadership change, backed by continued investment from Fortissimo Capital, is set to accelerate the company’s growth and innovation pipeline, ensuring its position at the forefront of automated uniform management systems.
Strengthening its global presence, Polytex established new subsidiaries in France and the UK, while enhancing operations in Germany. These expansions bring Polytex closer to its customers, enabling more localized and responsive service in key markets.
