Greater Manchester, UK - March 5, 2025 - Kenley College, a leading UK-based online training provider, is pleased to announce the launch of the Leadership Excellence Accelerator Program (L.E.A.P), a six-week live online course designed to support emerging leaders in government and politics. It aims to equip participants with the skills and insights needed to navigate the challenges of the modern political landscape while driving meaningful impact.
L.E.A.P provides cohort-based sessions and expert-led learning experiences that address the unique and evolving demands of high-stakes roles. The curriculum focuses on building essential leadership capabilities such as strategic decision-making skills, the leadership mindset, management accountability, ethical leadership, and vision.
Leading the program is Dr. Lisa-Anne Chung, the President of Kenley College and a renowned Political Leadership Strategist. The author of the highly-rated book, Political Change, Dr. Chung brings timely insights into the shifting dynamics of political leadership. Because of her expertise in this area, she has become a leading voice in political leadership strategy.
