Federman & Sherwood Investigates Hub International Limited for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Hub International Limited with respect to their recent data breach. On August 11, 2023, Hub International Limited notified individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. The breach was discovered on July 27, 2023. According to Hub International Limited, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access between December 12, 2022 and January 17, 2023. Hub International Limited determined that the minimum information exposed in the data breach includes: name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, and financial account information.
