Beginning today, Straight Talk Wireless Gold and Platinum Plans – which already feature unlimited 5G data, plus hotspot and cloud storage – will deliver even more value and money-saving benefits with an included Walmart+ membership. Walmart+ brings Straight Talk customers free shipping, free delivery from stores, savings on fuel, early access to holiday deals, and much more2 – making its members feel like true VIPs.

The announcement follows the recent introduction of new Straight Talk family plans with four lines with unlimited data now as low as $25/mo per line3, and reflects a continued investment in elevating the value for Straight Talk customers.
The Walmart+ launch is supported by new ads in a larger campaign featuring actor and comedian Jim Gaffigan, along with a series of marketing activations planned throughout Q4. Plus, the initiative comes just as people are preparing their wallets for the 2023 holiday season. Last year, the average American spent about $1,300 on holiday-related expenses4, which aligns with how much Walmart shoppers can save per year with Walmart+5.
To bring the offering to life, Straight Talk will host a VIP shopping experience at one of the busiest Walmart stores in the country in the coming weeks, designed around celebrating “Value Interested People” as true VIPs. The event will feature a celebrity host, hair & make-up station, green carpet walk and swag bags for customers. The star treatment extends nationwide with “#VIPFeels” drops to select local customer VIPs throughout the holiday season, in which lucky Walmart shoppers will be gifted a specially curated VIP swag bag.
In addition to providing unlimited talk, text, and data, the Straight Talk Gold plan offers 15GB of hotspot data and 100GB of cloud storage and free calling to Canada and Mexico for as low as $35 per month for four lines or $55 per month for one line. The Platinum plan offers 20GB of hotspot data and 100GB of cloud storage, international calling to 60 countries, and Mobile Protect device protection benefits for $45 per month for 4 lines or $65 per month for one line.
