Predictmedix Inc. Announces Name Change to Predictmedix AI Inc.

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / July 13, 2023 / Predictmedix Inc. (CSE:PMED)(OTCQB:PMEDF)(FRA:3QP) (the "Company" or "Predictmedix") is pleased to announce that it has completed its name change from "Predictmedix Inc." to "Predictmedix AI Inc." (the "Name Change"). The articles of the Company provide the directors with the authority to change the name of the Company by way of directors resolution without consent of the shareholders. Common shares owned by shareholders of the Company will automatically be adjusted as a result of the Name Change and no further action is required to be taken by shareholders.

In connection with the Name Change, the CUSIP number assigned to the Company's common shares following the Name Change is 74040N106 (ISIN:CA74040N1069).

The CSE will publish a bulletin announcing the effective date that the Common Shares will commence trading under the new name of Predictmedix AI Inc. It is anticipated that the Common Shares will commence trading under its new name on or about July 17, 2023.
