Each year, employees are encouraged to invest in themselves with activities that improve their mental, physical, and emotional health via a Health and Lifestyle Allowance (HLA) that we provide.

For Mary T., a Senior Manager of Global Process Excellence, this activity was cycling. What started out as a means to travel her 30-mile roundtrip commute to the office has since become a passion.
