17, 2008, Community Bancorp. issued a press release, a copy of which is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K, announcing its earnings
for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

dividend of $.17 per share, payable on May 1, 2008 to shareholders of record on
April 15, 2008.
