In connection with the offering of senior notes due 2020 announced earlier today and the concurrent tender offer for any and all of its outstanding $175 million aggregate principal amount of 7 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013 and related consent solicitation also announced earlier today, Esterline Technologies Corporation is confirming previously issued earnings per share guidance range of $3.45 to $3.65 for its full fiscal year ending October 29, 2010.
