On February 7, 2008, Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that The NASDAQ Stock Market determined that the Company has evidenced full compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The NASDAQ Global Market. Accordingly, the Company’s securities will continue to trade on The NASDAQ Global Market. The news release contains forward-looking statements regarding the Company and includes cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
