ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On January 8, 2007, Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corporation issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, as well as revenue projections for 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
