The Company expects net income before income taxes of approximately $464,000 in the first quarter of fiscal year 2004 compared with a net loss before income taxes of $159,000 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2003, and revenue of approximately $15.1 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2004, compared with revenue of $10,593,000 in the first quarter of fiscal year 2003.
