A press release was issued on November 16, 2011 announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.065625 per share.  The dividend is payable January 3, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2011.  Attached is a copy of the press release labeled as Exhibit 99(a).
