Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective June 1, 2007, J. Mark McDonald resigned from AAR CORP. (the “Company”) as Group Vice President, Structures and Systems; Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul. Mr. McDonald will remain with the Company for approximately 60 days to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities.
