Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers;
Effective June 13, 2009, Jon Laria, CPA, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”). There are no understandings or arrangements between Mr. Laria and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Laria was appointed as a Director. Mr. Laria does not have any family relationship with any director, executive officer or person nominated or chosen by the Company to become a director. Mr. Laria has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since March 28, 2009.
