Item 5.02 Departure of Director
On December 19, 2008, Dale Van Voorhis resigned as a director of Great American Family Parks, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Van Voorhis will remain as president of GFAM Management Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary which manages the Company’s properties. There was no disagreement between Mr. Van Voorhis and the Company which led to his resignation as director.
